Kristin spilled the beans on you two, said I could find you here... After last Tuesdays wet ride, She has decided to sell her road bike and is buying a MTB, her transformation is almost complete, then she will only need one of those funny MTBR-Passion nicknames. You are next......MuuAAhhAAhhaa! Resistance is futile....

And now that the cold wet weather is finished, do we get to see those legs on Tuesday? It's time to lose the tights! I will be certifying leg lets clean things up...

I do not know who you are my friend but let's just say that I was Mountain Biking before I was Roadbiking so no 'conversion' is necessary. I have a mountain bike fact, I just went out on Friday and did a good bit of riding at Palos...there's nothing like being flung off your bike into tall grass and getting mud EVERYWHERE to make you love the great outdoors and the beast that is Mountain biking :)

My apologies,

Keep up the road work, it will make you a better MTBiker..

Nothing wrong with your fashion...and you don't ride a pink bike...

Enjoy the sun!

Glad to hear you are still a "roadie", I was afraid you'd gone to the dark side (mtb).

I don't know what their talking about. Last week, despite the rain, I show up faithfully for the club ride. There were some guys standing around, afraid to ride in the rain. Of course, I teased them for being sissy's and began to get ready. Well, as soon as they saw I was serious about going out, they begged to ride my wheel for the evening--as long as I agreed to go slow and do the short route. So we went at a snails pace and I taught them a thing or two about road bikes and pacelines.

Hehe...just kidding know that, right?...guys?'ll let me ride in the pace line again, right?... :-)

I am glad you showed up...those other guys were going to wimp out until you said you would ride with me.....Althoug I probably would not have ridden alone if you did not show...

btw...nice bike..

Sell What?Kristin

Sell the DB??? Don't make me cry *sniff* As I recall at least 50% of the group was oogling my ride--with its sleek 23's. I watch you guys. I can tell you secretly enjoy the lycra, those sexy-sleek tires, the aero position... I have faith that you'll see the truth one day and come out of the closet. You may fight it, but you're roadies at heart. we keep tabs on what everyone wears each week. I better go out and buy a second jersey.

You can drink from my wheel any day! ;-)
