i stand 5'7" tall with 23 inches reach, what frame size should be ideal for me?

Go to coloradocyclist.com for basic fit info. You have to a get an accurate inseam measurement first. I'm (almost) 5'-7" tall, and have a 32-5/8" inseam (measured for cycling). I ride a 55cm. Most folks have shorter inseams, and would ride a 53 or 54 at this height.

I saw this web site in Mens Journal last night. It's a interactive sizing chart and its free. I did the measurements and I agree with the results.

I talked with the folks at wrenchscience, because there sizing program put me on a 57cm frame (c-t). They said that their program currently does not handle awkward proportions and will round people up to a larger frame. For example, if your inseam puts you on a 56.5cm frame, then the program will recommend a 57cm frame.
