|I recently sized a Trek 5200 at 56cm. I am 5'10" with a 33" inseam. It seemed to fit alright, but i noticed my toe overlaps the front wheel. My old 56cm Trek had a longer wheelbase. Is toe overlap a big problem?|

go here and put "toe overlap" sans quotes in the keywords field and hit enter. there was some discussion about this in the last few weeks. you're sure to find plenty of results! good luck...

|when your toe hits the front tire!
This rarely happened to me except when I was doing extremely slow maneuvers.

|....if you let it be. It's not uncommon on quality bikes. It typically goes away once you become one with the bike.|

|I've had a couple of bikes with pretty severe overlap, and I never touched once by accident. I could make it happen deliberately, in low-speed turns, but it never did in riding.
As someone else said, there have been several threads about that here over the months. I don't remember anybody saying it had caused them trouble.
