In the past, I posted here about the fact that I had purchased a pair of shoes from zonabici.com and, although the prices were great, customer communication was lacking and delivery was slow (one month). I subsequently ordered from ZB. Seven days after ordering, they sent me an e-mail confirming that the order had been shipped with DHL. I had my merchandise 14 days after placing the order. Apparently, ZB is getting better about communictation and shipping time. Combine this with their prices and they're hard to beat.

I just placed an order with them over the weekend. Apparently they man their ordering system over weekends, because Sunday afternoon I received an email form a human, not a computer, confirming my order. I responded to them that one of the items I ordered was the wrong color and they got back to me right away acqunowledging the correction. I made duplicate mock orders of the same stuff with Worlc Cycling Products, Performance and Excel Sports and I save an average of $165. My order from Zonabici totaled $231. They have super pricing on a large selection of merchandise. I just hope they continue their good shipping schedule!
