Just wondering the exact measurement of the toptube of the Tuscany from behind the head tube to the seatpost tube of the 53 vs the 55cm frames.I would like these in inches as I am metricaly challenged. Thanks in advance.

Frames are not measured in the manner that you describe. Top tube length is measured from the center of the seat tube to the center of the steering tube. The Tuscany top tube is 55.5cm on the 55cm frame, which is 21.85 inches (divide by 2.54). The 53cm top tube is 54cm or 21.26 inches. Now the next challenge. Can you figure out the fractional equivalent of 21.85 inches? It's more than 21-3/4, but not quite 21-7/8. The 21.26 is 21-1/4 for all practical purposes.

Now that you have this info, which is available at www.litespeed.com, don't forget that proper vertical sizing is just as important as top tube length.
