D/A brake pads in rainixiz

I rode on the blue ridge parkway while it was storming yesterday and the descends were scary. I have Dura Ace brakes and i know it does not stop as well as my Campys but it has been sufficient and i enjoy the shifts. But yesterday for the first time i had it while its storming and it dont stop and it only slows down just a bit.

Are there replacement parts from other companys for the shoes or do i have to change the whole block (pads and carrier). What do you guys recommend other than campy brake pads.

I prefer to use the carrier from shimano if possible

thanks

I've been using the new D.A. brake pads for the past two seasons, no problems in the rain. What type of rims do you have?
