Bought airborne zepplin with straight 105 setup and need pedals & can spend $150.00. never worn clipless or clipins. Need something which will not strain knee. Had knee surgery in December but okay to ride just came off 181 mile ride.

As someone with a rebuilt knee, I would recommend Speedplays. The float is great (very easy on your knees). I have frogs because I have little lateral knee strength and they are the easiest to unclip. Frogs are also recessed, which means they are a lot easier to walk in. However, X-series pedals also have great float, even if they are slightly more difficult to unclip.
