How do you measure the front wheel to get the setting for a topeak panorama computer? I put 700 23c which is on my tires but the speed is not moving

You should be getting a reading, even if it's wrong. Get the thing to work, then worry about the calibration.

Almost always when computers don't work, the distance between the magnet and pick up is too great. The magnet has to almost hit the pick up. Don't know about Topeak, but some computers are real picky about where on the pick up the magnet passes too. They usually have a line or some other indication to show where the magnet should pass.
