Riding Position -HELPMichael Gretton

Anyone know of any videos or books that can help with the proper way to ride a road bike. I am new to it. I am a bit sore after metrics and I am sure i have some fitting issues but also want to make sure i am riding correctly. I keep creeping up in my position---like a mountain biker as I get more tired. I am finding it difficult to ride on the hoods and have that aero look....any advice or know of any good materials?

Don't know of books etc, but give it time to get used to different muscle usage - radically different from MTB. You could try raising your bars at first till your back gets used to it and softens up - you'll get there in the end. (Assuming that the bike fits of course).

Keep at it!
