JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE OUT THERE WITH 2 BIKES SHARE 1 PEDAL SYSTEM WITH THE SAME CLEAT(ELIMINATING THE NEED FOR DIFFERENT SHOES). I RIDE TI-CARBON ATAC'S ON BOTH BIKES (357 GRAMS) AND AM NEWLY RETURNED TO ROAD RIDING. IS THERE A BETTER SYSTEM? I JUST LIKE THE IDEA OF BEING ABLE TO JUMP ON EITHER BIKE WITH MY COMFORTABLE SHOES AND NOT CHANGING CLEATS AND BEING ABLE TO WALK AROUND IF NEED BE. THANKS FOR ADVICE

Yes, I use the same pedals on all my bikes (road, tandem road, and mountain). I ride Bebop pedals, and love my Sidi shoes so I just use them for all my bikes. Nothing wrong with that...

I recently went through your same dilema. I had M545's on my mountain bike and my new road bike came with Look's. I wanted to have the ability to ride my mountain bike shoes with my road bike if I wanted to. So I picked up a pair of A515's at aardvarkcycles.com for $25.00 (that includes shipping!!). Now I have the flexibility to wear my MTB shoes if I want, but have lighter weight road pedals. There is also nothing wrong with having the same MTB pedals on both bikes.
