|Rolf Vector Comp Rims||Joules|

|I ride a 99 Trek 5200 OCLV. The bike came with Rolf Vector Comp rims and I've owned it from new. I'm approximately 185lb's in the saddle, don't race, and would say I ride the bike cautiously (meaning I avoid bad surfaces and potholes etc.)
Last winter a pinking noise started in the back wheel. I thought it might be a drive-chain related noise but after much cleaning and investigation I narrowed it's source to the back wheel itself. I'd never trued the wheel because it had remained dead-on from day 1, actually impressively so. I thought that perhaps the spokes were rubbing together so needed more tension, which I put in.
Result was the noise stopped for one or two trips, but is slowly starting to come back again. Any ideas out there?

if that is your real name.
I don't believe it is a technical issue at all, if I was you I'd look at the size and weight of your arse.
