|i got a piece of metal that stuck thru a practically brand new Axial pro, and gave me a flat last night...
i changed the tube and took the metal out, and it seemed fine...
but the piece of metal did go all the way thru, now leaving a little "flesh wound" its not big enough to worry about the tube popping thru..but still noticable..
is that ok to still ride that, or so i go buy another one?

|Patch it with some good strong duct tape or a patch on the inside - should be fine, but keep an eye on it in case it's worse than it looks.|

|The exact same thing happened to me with my rear Axial Pro (on my DeRosa). The puncture in the tire is in the raised center section, it is about 3/16" long. As muncher has posted, I patched the inside of the tire with a special fabric tape. I have had no problems.
Did I mention it was on my Axiom Ti Custom?
