|Actually I am just about to go mix up a blender of METRx right now. I started using Metrx back in February. Mainly to lose some weight. It has worked I have lost weight. It has been pretty easy. At first I was very diligent about using the Metrx twice a day with a light meal for dinner/lunch. I haven't been as diligent as of late, but am still eating better than before.|

|Myoplex 3 times a day in addition to 3 other smaller meals. This stuff has worked wonders for me ... down to 7.5% bodyfat and have lost hardly any weight (in other words, I'm able to keep the lean muscle I've gained over the racing season).|

|After Thanksgiving diner (ironic) 1999 I began a life-changing diet. I was at 213 lbs. Slower than ever on the bike. Eating like a pig, and setting a really bad example for my new born daughter. Two weeks ago the Tanita scale said 155 lbs and 8.5% BF.
The Slimfast didn't do all the work. I increased the intensity of my rides, stopped overeating, started a regimen of situps, push-ups, leg lifts, etc. and mixed in a little starvation.
On easy riding days I have a SlimFast at 9am and 1pm. If I have a substantial ride planned I eat lunch for more energy.
Are you trying to dump some pounds, strapped for time, or just wondering?

|I'm trying to lose wieght without losing muscle. I'm somewhat into body building (not competitive) so I don't want to lose my gains there. I started commmuting on my bike to work for cardio.|| |
