Euro steel frames for $300 or less?Tourist (Erap Estrada)

Do you guys know of any Euro steel frames being sold at $300 or less? I don't have enough money for the latest ones out, so I am hoping some old ones (probably 3 years old, but not used) are being sold at blowout/discount prices here in the Bay Areo or in Burke Virginia.

Any help would be appreciated!

Are at GVH Bikes, an internet bike shop on the West Coast. Here's the link -- http://www.gvhbikes.com/

He has a large inventory of quality steel European frames, a few in the $300-400 range. I haven't seen any less expensive than that, unless you want to buy used. I've seen some good deals for used frames on roadbikereview.com classifieds as well as eBay, but the good deals seem to go fast.

because i bought from him and the frame drop outs werent squished in the back and the chain rubbed, the seat bolt binder lug had a washer on it because without it there wasnt enought room to tighten down (a problem in itself), and this same washer chipped the paint off..when he sent me the bike the tires were too big and had to be sent back(they were freaks and kept blowing off the rim, very dangerous)..
