Computer mounting question(4 posts)

Computer mounting questionstem_mount_computer?

Does anyone know of a computer that mounts to the stem? I'd like for my computer to be directly centered instead of on the handlebar. Plus, I have one of those oversized handlebars, so it's hard to get a computer to mount.

Thanks.

You might try the mount used by triathletes to mount computers on aerobars.

Sigma Sport makes a stem mount for their computers. It doesn't come stock but is only about $10.00 US. Their standard mount will probably work on oversize bars as well. It uses a rubber O-ring that is stretched around the bar to hold the computer in place.

Cateye makes one as well for their Cordless 2 unit. It is on their website.
