|and will no longer be going by john de because i have recently spoken to god and am now on a new better path in life...with this new path i am taking a new name so as to confirm my new being and my belief in my spiritual path....i will now be known as Ishmael, it means the wandering one, it is also the name of some guy who is in the bible...i wish you all peace and look forward to our rewarding interaction in the future..to all i have offended in the past that wasnt me, so we are all friends now...so should i buy that slime if my ass hurs or will vasaline suffice..|

|Never met Kerouac nor did any reading on his personal life. I did like his style as I also like various others. Genius sometimes brings it own form of demons, and a lot of gifted writers have them. As for john de, he has his own personality and so do we all have ours. Change him enuff and he will have yours, mine, or whom ever is successful at doin' the changin'. |
