|Sore feet from new shoes and pedals||Jomeeque|

|I just made the switch to clipless today(yee ha!)after getting into road biking last September. At that time, I started out with sneakers, cage pedals and Powergrips, which are a great alternative for getting into cycling.
I recently ordered a pair of Sidi Titans and Look 236 pedals. The Sidis were the best fit of numerous shoes I tried on.
I pedaled around my back yard(falling over a lot!) for 15 minutes to get used to the clipless thing, and then I went out for a quick 10 mile ride - The efficiency was fantastic, and I felt great, however my arches really started aching about halfway through the ride.
Is this normal for a first time on clipless and road shoes, or might I need to make a cleat position adjustment? Thanks for any advice.

|Cycling shoes are notoriously unsupportive, I run insoles in all my shoes.|| |
