I have the choice of these three sets:
I am 140 pounds!...
Set #1
White Industries Hubs
32 holes
,15-16 double butted spokes though. DT spokes I
believe
Alloy nipples. Open Pro rims.

Set#2
Hadley Hubs
The front is radially laced with the cxp 33.
The rim itself is taller and has a greater profile.
alloy nipples

32 holes double butted spokes.
WS spokes

Set#3 Mavic Heliums

What do you want to do with these wheels? Each set you name has strengths and weaknesses for different applications.

At your weight any of these will do fine for the type of riding you intend. What price do you have to pay for them? Are they new or used? If used, in what condition, how many miles? The CXP33's might be overkill for you. They are strong and aero but heavier. You can't go wrong for an all around rim with the Open Pro. The Helium is light and should be no problem holding up to your 140#. They may take more maintenance/truing. I would choose between the Open Pro and Helium based more on cost and condition (if used).
