OK here's my best to worst list:

source personal rating
Speedgoat, 9 OK price, Fantastic service
Total Cycling, 9 best worldwide price, very good service
Performance, 6 decent price, decent service
Nashbar, 6 decent price, decent service
Terry, 5 good product, OK service
Ritchey, 1 Inept doofs! :(

Any other opinions out there??? Yes, these are just opinions.... but based on over $10K purchases in the last two years.

I've done business with Performance in the past and finally gave up as they messed up my three last orders.
I am lucky, my LBS has a large inventory and they match anyones price.
I gave up on mail orders, I still enjoy doing business face to face the old fashioned way. I like it when the guys in the store remember my name.

Colorado Cyclist great customer service on a entire bike purchase and good tech support. Good prices on big purchases but decent on the everydays stuff.

BulltekSports- great service and high quality products. Good advice from Xavier. He tells it to you straight good or bad.
