Ive never used an aero bar before but have used the cinelli clipons
How do you configure or position the aerobars. Is there a general guideline. I know that it needs fine tuning but i want a good starting position so i only nned to fine tune

If it helps
I got the Syntace C2

VERY basic guidelines:

1. Bars should be angled slightly above level, when looking at a side profile with your hands on the bars the index finger should be almost level with the bend on your inner arm at the elbow (usually a 5-10deg rise). DO NOT tilt your bars below horizontal level.

2. Forearm pads should be adjusted for width so that the outer edges of your elbows are the same width as the outer edge of your thighs.

3. Ba/stem height might need to be raised for more comfort and flat back. Don't be hunched over on your bars.
