How many of you guy get the OLN? I do not and was wondering if you do. By the way, did you have a good weekend or riding/racing? I couldn't get much in, however, I got about 150 miles this week.
I do.Highgear

Yes, I had to pick up the digital package but it's worth it. They show all the early Spring classics and I guess the Tour this year. Better get it soon because they start the first Thursday in April. Thank god for OLN!!

Yes, I get OLN and glad of it. Their coverage of the Giro last year was fantastic. I think it was the most exciting racing I have seen, both for GC and stage wins. Well don't tell my cable company but I am not paying for it, I get the lowest level of service but OLN and a couple of other stations are slipping through the filter.
we just started to get OLN..Cartman

Dirrectv must have changed our package, because when we first got hooked up, we didn't get it. I wish I could have put more than 30 miles in last week. These damn MA roads s#$K! Tehy were just starting to get good again, and BLAM! another 2 inches of snow on the ground tonight. All I can say is thankfully there is spinning classes.

I too am thankfull for ATT Digital Cable as it allows me to get OLN and Speedvision. Yeah, cost a near fortune per month but is worth it for Tour coverage and World Rally/F1 coverage on Speedvision. Now if ATT would just get Comedy Central in my area I would never leave the house.

OLN looks to have some very promising tour coverage in their first year. Their Giro coverage last year was great. They actaully cover the entire race over some pretty lenthy telecast rather than just showing the last 4 miles and 15 minutes of commercials. OLN also does not have that annoying musak in the background unlike some other sports network that must feel musak is needed for American's to enjoy cycling.

I think they have a lot of the same team from the espn's coverage including Paul Sherwood. I sure hope they get Phil Ligget also - I can't image a TDF without him - but I know Paul and him both did the Giro on OLN last year so keep your fingers crossed. Hopefully OLN will say no to Adrian Karsten but unfortunatly they already said yes to Bob Roll.

Even still I think we will finally have a network that gives cycling the respect it deserves. I am so fed up with the American Only take on sports where NASCAR and NFL are the last and only word. Again, pompas American's stuck on themsleves unable to see the real picture - a picture where Soccer, Cycling and F1 ARE the biggest sports in the world - even without USA's participation. But what do you expect from a country that hasn't adopted the Metric System in over 20 years?

PS - if you have not seen the World Rally coverage on Speedvision you owe it to yourself to check that out once even if you are not a race fan...its sort of the time trial or the production car world. It also starts in April (monday nights) on Speedvision.
