|Anyone have a good place to look for Colnago frame deals? I am looking for my first road rig and i have heard good things about them.
Today i did 30 miles on a CAAD 4 with 120psi (I am 225lbs)and i think i know why everyone calls them harsh. Sounds like steel is for me.

|This company in Ireland has low prices on the Master X-light steel frame, but they have very limited sizes and colors. You can request a specific size and color, which they may to able to acquire (no promises though).
Bicycle World, in California has a large stock of Colnago frames, at prices somewhat below retail. Their website is bicycleworldusa.com.
Chicagoland Bicycle (cbike.com) also stocks Colnago frames.
You won't find many real low prices on Colnago steel frames - too much demand.
Be sure you know the proper size, they come in 1cm increments, so there's no excuse for getting a frame too small or too large.

|I bought a Master X-light from Totalcycling this past January.
He does have limited sizes in stock. Fortunately for me a 56cm fits me just right and he did have that in stock. Wonderful bike! Comfy, handles great, climbs well, does everything well in my opinion.
I think I got a pretty good deal on it. $1050 for frame and fork.
I also bought a Record 10 group from him as well. $1150 for the group.
Mike was extremely nice to deal with. Due to a little confusion with the credit card company and me changing the order on him, things got delayed a week or so. As a way of making it up to me he threw in a Campy Record carbon seat post for free. Not a bad compensation for waiting an extra week.
All in all it was a very pleasant buying experience, I'm glad I did it.

|I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Great customer service, great prices. Items shipped in about the same time it takes to get stuff from the states.|| |
