Mar 14, 2001 4:22 AM | | I ordered four rolls of Neo-Pro tape from Off the Front. Two of the rolls were somewhat custom, in that, they had to go back and do a special run of an older design. At the 3 week mark, I had not received anything so I called them to find out what happened to my order. Basically, production was running a little bit behind, so they had not been able to do the special run on the two rolls of tape I ordered. The person I spoke with, Bruce, was apologetic and said he would get on it right away. Three days later I had all four rolls of tape. Additionally, because the wait took longer than expected, they did not charge me for one roll of tape. Very nice... |
