I saw a bike on ebay listed for $275.00. It is a Columbus Aelle frame with Compagnolo components and Areo rims. Is this a good bike for a brand new rider. Or can someone give me a few suggestions on a inexpensive bike to purchase. I don't mind having to upgrade in a year or two. I just want to ride, but don't have a lot of cash to put out. Oh yeah I'm 6'3, what size bike would I need?
Thanks

At a height of 6'3" you're probably looking at the 60cm frame depending on how it's measured, it might be a good idea to ask the seller what the standover height of each size is and base it off you're inseam. As the seller only has a feedback of 1 I'd ask a lot of questions when you email him. Find out if the bike has ergolevers, in which case you're looking at a fairly good deal. Find out how many speeds, it could be campy mirage 7sp and it's just an older bike he couldn't sell due to sizes, it is from 1990 so there is a good chance on the 7sp and lack of ergos. It sounds like a good deal but a lot of info is left out. Good luck. TTFN
