I can't figure out how to use this forum efficiently! It appears that you have to click on each post individually to read it (either from the first level thread list or once you open a thread) and there is no way to tell if you have viewed a message before. Is this correct? I notice on each of the thread headings an obscene number of "views", which suggests that each time you view any post in a thread, it is counted in the total. This approach seems to take twice as long as the "view all" feature on the old board software. Am I the only one with this complaint/concern? When VeloNews switched to something like this software, their usage fell by 90% and everyone went to this board and CyclingForum.com. Does this board face the same fate? Please guide me - I feel like this new software is a real time waster.

Kerry, Once you select and open a topic, then go to the upper left corner and look for "Printer Friendly Version." Click this and all the posts for that topic will load, and quickly I may add. At least on my screen you can tell if you view a message but only after you load a new version of the board. Hope this helps.

I also found this tip from the forum administrator on the very bottom thread on one of the other topic boards. You still don't have the ability to reply to a given message while veiwing all the comments, but it is better than having to click on every one and then click back. I hope eventually this software is faster and more stable, because it is a step down in ease of use.

Everyone is hoping for the "view all" to return. Until then, welcome to the upgrades. So far no better than Velonews. Sorry.
