Ultega or Daytona ? Principia or Bianchi ?gerald

Can't decide between a Bianchi with Daytona or a Principai with Ultega. Principia is more expensive. Have the quality of Bianchi frames decreased ?

I don't know much about principia, do know quite a bit about bianchi. Principia is a great bike, but I have read reviews that they are some of the rougher riding bikes. Bianchi is a great brand with proven geometry. Be aware of their sizing - they run big over most other brands. I can tell you that I went with Daytona over Ultegra and will NEVER go back to Shimano on any road bike I own for the rest of my life. Daytona has a nice firm mechanical feel and screams of quality. Most of the difference in the Campy line lies in the finish (appearance) not really so much on the technology used. You'll love it.
