|Hey folks, looking for some single-speed training advice. I'm going to do some charity riding next year on my single speed, rides of 50 to 100 miles or so, probably on several days in a row. What should I do in preperation? Just get on and ride as many miles as possible?
I've done geared touring before, but if you get tired then there's always the granny gears to get you up those slopes. Not going to have that option this time around.
Any advice / input / insults or just plain flaming are welcome.
