try ebay. In the bikes category so a search for the number 144....(check item 3630071380). I think the 41T pattern is somewhat rare so you may have to pay a premium....good luck

From Sheldon Brown's site:

144 41 84.6 Old Campagnolo standard, still used for track applications.

You can run 3/32 chainrings with 1/8 pitch chains no problems. Having said that, www.businesscycles.com should have what you're looking for, as should www.https://secure.netonline.nl/ssl/renaissance-cycles/
