Maybe you already know this, but we got the Specialized '04 dealer manual today and there are two new bikes in what they call the "Langster" series. One is a fixed gear track bike and one has a freewheel and brakes. Looks like retail will be around $1200 and around $450. It was news to me.....

A couple more details to add to surly357's post:

--The higher end is called the Langster Pro. Full D/A track spec. Pretty sweet bike for straight out of the box.

--Swankier still is the S-Works--that's rights, S-Works--level track frame with track geometry specific carbon fork. F and F both look like the got the ubiquitous brake mounting holes though, so for all you purists out there, you're SOL . . .

Just thought y'all might want to know . . .
