How difficult is it to covert an older frame to a fixed gear bike? The bike has semi-horizontal dropouts so I'm not too concerned about that. However, the rear spacing is 126mm. How hard is it going to be to find a rear fixed hub (or better yet, flip flop hub) for the bike?

all the info you need is at http://sheldonbrown.com/fixed/index.html
they (Harris Cyclery) also sell suitable hubs, as do some other shops

Most fixed gear hubs come with optional spacing. And if there not already spaced that wide(most are 120mm) Then you can re-space them.

Just remember...its only like 4mm difference from 130, not to mush of a stretch...or a squeeze.
