Track hub threads… HELP!!… (also on Components)TFerguson

I have the following:

Track hubs – Suzue (built and using), American Classic (building), and Phil Wood (because).

Lock rings – Shimano DA and Phil Wood

Cogs - Shimano DA

Suzue – The cogs fit and the DA lock ring fits. Phil lock ring goes on but is loose. (Campy?)

Phil Wood – The cogs fit and the Phil Wood lock ring fits. DA lock ring will not thread on.

American Classic – The cogs and the DA lock ring start to thread on but will not go on all the way. Like the thread is a slightly different pitch. Phil lock ring threads on but is loose.

What sizes and thread pitch are there for track hubs?

Thanks,
TF

campy, gipiemme, phil wood: 33.5mm x 24tpi
shimano, suntour, suzue: 1.29" x 24tpi

the old shimano dura-ace 10 group took (i think) a 32mm x 24tpi lock ring, but don't quote me on that.
Those are the lock ring threads, right?....TFerguson

Why won't the cogs or DA lock ring thread onto the American Classic?
