any experience w/ Chubhub?natetheskate

I am a dedicated single speed mtb-er, and have years of road experience (some racing) but new to fixed gear. My wife bought me a chubhub as a present, and it looks cool. anyone have experience building these up--any quirks, hints, etc? I will be using Mavic MA3's (32H) and plan on 3-cross, I like brass nips, but am undecided on spokes.

Thanks

hey,
my roomate and I both got CHUB hubs. laced 3x, 28 hole. Velocity rim, DT 14/15 spokes, brass nipples. the holes for the spokes were a little on the small side, so some of them almost had to be threaded in. and then you gotta bend 'em a little to clear the other flange. but other than that its just like any other wheel with 4" flanges. here's a picture of it built up.

the only problem i've had is the bolts don't hold the wheel as securly in the dropouts as a solid axle w/ nuts.

good luck,
