Anyone have an IRD straight blade steel fork? I am considering using this on an ss 29er and am wondering the amount of tire clearance. Any guesses or pictures?

I have an Interloc frame and fork. The stated size limit is 35cm with fenders. I was running some Ritchey MountCross 38's with okay clearance. But I never rode those in the mud and don't know if the width measurements on those tires are true or not. The IRD is a really nice fork for the price, but I have found that if you ride it on the road it has a lot of brake chatter, but have not noticed it on the trails.

Care to guess how much clearance is left when the 38's are on, as in would standard 29er 2.1 tire fit? Thanks for any input.

Probably less than a centimeter on either side, and about 2.5 on top. It was a pretty tight fit. I would be really surprised if a 2.1 tire would fit.
