|just wondered what option there might be. some roadbikes have those adjusters mounted between two cables next to the STI, some do have them attached to the frame. i know i can adjust the RD via the screw on the derailleur. but you can't stop to adjust it while racing. and what about the front der.?

|In a race you just deal with it or swap bikes. You're going to be going too hard to be able to fiddle with in-line adjusters.
Off the course you can use in-line cable adjusters.

|you can set adjusters there. They sit after the first cable housing.You can reach down, it's just behind the headset and adjust. It's one of the main reasons for this routing.|
