|Hey there. I see you were at the Baldwin farm race on Sunday. How did it go (other than the third place finish)? Doesn't look like many people showed. What's the deal? I can't even remember if it was a bad day or not. Are you going to the race this weekend, the one in Monuntsberg? I would have hit the Baldwin race but I had just finished harvesting my crops on Saturday and was totally gassed. I've been lazy for the last three weeks and I'm going to pay on Sunday. I hope to get into good shape for the Durham race and the November races. Damn, I just checked the race info. Nine laps? Good God, I'll be lucky to make seven.|

|It was interesting. I got to the race early, but got talking too everyone that I hadn't seen in a year. and before you know it There is 10 min too start and I feel a litle cold. I got in a quick useless warm up and off went the gun. lets just say it hurt. It had rained the night before so it was damp but not realy muddy, a very fast day (compared to last year) I am happy with my race just wish there were more people. I guess the rain scared them off. (this is cyclecross right?)
I will see you next this sunday. I plan on being at every race this fall except the one in the way off nationals.
I am excited too see that bike of yours

|Hopefully more people this weekend. Ups the chance that I won't be racing by myself in second to last place, like I did all of last year.
I really wanted to hit that race. It's the closest one for me, and I liked the course, wanted to try it in warmer, no snow conditions. Alas, a complete lack of energy. I doubt I would have been able to finish.
My F-ing bike is in the shop, again. It's now visited three different shops, and each shop has a different idea of how it should be set up. Getting annoying, not having a reliable lbs. But I think this time it should be good. Sunday, then.
