looking for a cross frame that's good for someone w/ a 28" inseam & probably a 51.5 top tube. suggestions...

for $1299 before tax, it is a good deal as is. the crankset is a bit crappy, imo, and I don't personally dig the wheels (as in, I wouldn't use heavy aero wheels on a CX bike unless I were a heavier rider). but that's it.

Just bought a Redline Conquest Pro 48 cm. Pics and specs are at: http://www.sadlebred.com/cxbikespecs.html.

I am 5'3" and needed a 50.5 cm cross bike but couldn't find one without going custom, which was out of my budget. The Redline has a 52.2 top tube. The compromise is to run a 60 mm Weyless stem from Supergo. It's the shortest stem I could find through the LBS or on-line. The bike is stil a tad big, but for as much as I will ride it, it's fine.
