Shifters for 'cross bike?Road_Lizard

Any suggestions on 'cross bike shifters other than STI or bar-cons? I like the weight, durability, and reliability of the bar-end units, but hate moving my hands down from the tops or hoods to shift. Thanks.

Kelly is still making some clamps that hold a DT shifter next to the brake levers. You may try those.

You could always try and find some Command Shifters.

Modolo is/was making a brifter that is similar in function to the command shifters.

Having said that, I think that brifters are the way to fly. Get some 105s and beat the snot out of them.
