|Need help on figuring out a frame size. I ride a 60cm (ctc) road and a 20.5 (ctt) mtb. I'm figuring 58 (ctc) for a cross frame. Is this gonna be too big? my inseem is about 34.|

|I'm 6'2" with a true inseam of 33.5". My Gunnar crosshairs is 58*58. I have to run a number of spacers and a 15 degree rise Thompson to get it so that the bars aren't too far below my seat. Still, the fit works well for the road and singletrack I've been doing so far. Haven't tried racing it yet. I think if I were getting a custom, I'd take a 60cm frame (maybe 58 or 59 TT) with a sloping top tube. That would give me clearance for the jewels, and wouldn't require me to run spacers and a riser stem. ( I prefer my bars to be only an inch or so below my seat on non-MTBs).|

|depends on Frame. I ride a 61 c-t-c (59 c TT) CM roadie and have 2 cx bikes. 1 a 58 c-t-c with a 59 TT, the other a 57 c-t-c with same TT. my inseam is 35". Personally I don't like sloping TT's as they have less room and to me are more uncomfortable to portage and I don't think they look as good. At your size a 57 or 58 should do but you'll need to find one with square (equal ST to TT) or slightly under. I run about 3 quarters to just under an inch of stack. I like S/O as bad things can happen in minute 50 when your heart is leaping from your chest and you have an uphill run up with a slippery hairpin remount.
CX S/O will vary on BB height and Tire size so shop wise.

|I'm 6'2" w/34 inseam and have a lemond 57 cx (58 tt) and am happy with the fit. my roadie is 60 cm. Not too much post showing. If you go custom you might want to consider an extended head tube to avoid too much stack.|| |
