46 or 48/39 setup. Will this be okay?Mitch2

Planning to upgrade my cranks soon and I am looking at the Ultegra/105 lineup. I am planning to switch the big ring into a 46 or 48 but will not change the 39 inner ring. Would this creat a shiftiing problem?

Thanks,
Mitch

After doing that you could move the derailleur down slightly to compensate for the smaller big ring (might shift a little crisper that way) but not really necessary.
it's a pretty standard cx setup NMatpjunkie

cyclocrossworld, or most LBS's. Specialties T/A makes them.
BCD for Ultegra/105 is 130mm, not 110mmGlowBoy
