Call Bikeman (www.bikeman.com) and see if they have a 1" Kona P2 Cross fork, there is a post below regarding their availability in 1". I just bought a used P2 (1 1/8) because the only other straight bladed forks I found (Kelly, Vicious, Scyip) were upwards of $200.00 or more unless you can find one used. .

My current fork is a noodle -- visibly flexing under braking. I was looking at the Kelly, as it's 1 inch, straight leg, comes in black (needed color), and it's steel, which I want to stay with. Any real world experience with this fork? Stiffness, damping, width of tires accepted, etc?

Thanks in advance.
