|Our RAGBRAI team is looking into getting jerseys made this year. We're quasi "sponsored" by an overseas beverage company so we should be able to do something cool with the logos. We've looked into Sugoi, but they require a minimum run of 36. We have 12 riders, and would like to do 2 *different* jerseys each.
The cross connection is that some of us may end up getting talked into trying a cross race in the Fall. We'll see....
This is a helpful board (you guys and the singlespeeders) and I don't really hear that as much about the other boards, hence the post over here.

Very low minimums and great quality. Fast, friendly service as well. Charlie is a great guy to deal with if you get to talk to him.

|My team used bici imports. The jerseys are made in Italy, great quality, totally custom. They also have a design service. No minimums. You can email Dan at email@example.com.|

|A lot of manufacturers offer a Semi-Custom option, which can be a lot less expensive for small runs like this -- basically, they design a jersey with a significant white space on the chest & back, and either work with you on a logo to insert in that space or you can take them to a local silkscreen shop (for some fabrics; not all of them will take the silkscreen dyes).
Voler is one that does this -- for more info, check out:
They're my team's clothing sponsor and absolutely fantastic.
When the season rolls around, you'll definitely want to give cyclocross a try. A lot less hardcore drinking & public drunkenness than RAGBRAI, but just about as much throwing up. That, and the people are the best part of both...
