Holiday Giving: Don't forget your USA 'Crossers!triangleforge

As you're getting those last minute holiday gifts (and watching the Web for the latest on Nats this weekend), don't forget your USA Cyclocross team, which needs your help to make it to the World Championships in Monopoli, Italy. It's time to make a donation to the American Cyclocross Foundation.

Money distributed by the ACF -- more than $25,000, so far --helped all manner of U.S. 'crossers make it to the start line in Zolder, Belgium, from Richard Sachs euro-campaigner Johnathan Page to juniors & espoirs like Adam Obye.

The organization is committed to distributing every dollar raised directly to athletes, with administrative and other costs ordinarily borne by the group's board of directors. There are a couple of easy ways to donate:

Go to http://www.bikegeek.com/ for instructions on how to donate via PayPal or U.S. Mail.

Go to http://stores.yahoo.com/cyclocrossworld/amcycfoundon.html to donate (in $10 increments) through Cyclocrossworld.com -- or if you or someone on your gift list wears a Small size T-Shirt, they still have some of the "Team USA Zolder" long-sleeve Ts available at $19.99 + S&H -- click on http://stores.yahoo.com/cyclocrossworld/teamusazollo.html

I'll be sending my donation today!

Cheers!
