|OKay, after bragging about how many first time women racers we encouraged in cross, I got more than one comment about how we wouldn't be able to repeat those numbers in a muddy icky race. See all of our cross races have been in delightful sunny warm conditions and so I guess people thought the girls would go away when the weather turned ugly.
Well last weekend, the weather turned ugly. But our girls did not disappoint. We had 3 more racers than last time and 2 more first timers. The Cs increased in numbers and were the largest category of the day. The category that saw fewer racers were the A's. Wonder what happened to all the A racers?
