Has anyone had the chance to ride the new Panaracer Cross Blaster? They look like a great all-around tire and they're super-light to boot. I seem to recall that Steve-O had a set - have you tried them yet?

Their on the "stock pile" right now as I am currently riding some Kendas that I just purchased...

The tread pattern is a scaled down version of Panaracer's Trail Blaster MTB tires. The tread pattern is nice and open so it should shed mud very nicely... We had a customer order them from our shop but never picked them up... Somehow I got ahold of them ;-)

Nice light clincher that rode well on hardpack and loose gravelly conditions in CO races. Raced them in the mud and moist condition at CX Nats last year with no problems. More rolling resistance than Sprints or the new Jets on pavement however.
Has anyone tried Nokians?mcbaker55

My shop has a set of Nokian Ravagozzi Cross S tires (30s, look like semislicks), but I can't find out much about them. I want to use one tire as much as possible (I'm in Oregon, so it may rain during 'cross season:-), but I'm not sure that this is the one. Maybe I should just use my heavy and huge Kenda Kross Supreme 35s in the mud.
