|My current Bianchi road frame (55cm) has 31" (787) stand over and a top tube of 21.5"(550).
I am considering a Redline CX but am not sure what size would be best suited for me.
52 cm has a standover of 30.7"(780) and a TT of 20.9"(53.2)
50 cm has a standover of 30.3"(770) and a TT of 20.3"(51.5)
Based on this do you think the 52, which is only a hair smaller than my current road frame, would be too big for CX or just right? Or would the 50 give me better fit for CX? From what I have read the CX frame should be a bit smaller but by how much?

|I used to have the same size Bianchi road frame and I ended up with a 52cm Redline. It might have been my imagination, but I thought the 50cm was kind of a hassle to shoulder. The front triangle seemed too small for me. Anyway, I am comfortable on the 52cm.|| |
