Check out the one on eBay (item #1852511914)--it's a '99, same size as mine. I measured the standover at the center of the top tube with 40c tires, and it was about 30 3/8". Would that work for you?
wow, what a funny thread title! (nm)Pauli

Checked it out a couple days ago. I've emailed the guy and he said he would ship to Canada. Sweet. And yes, it should fit. If the guy isn't flubbing the truth, he said he was five-eight\nine with a 30 inch inseam, and that he had an inch and half standover. I've got a 31.5 inseam, give or take a quarter. Think that's enough? Seems okay, and the price may be too good to take a pass on. The seller should be emailing me more pics. His listing says the frame "shows plenty of wear", but from the photos it looks fine (now doesn't that sound like an ebay nightmare waiting to bit my ass). I don't care if it's a little worn, just as long as it's solid. I'm going to be riding the sucker, not polishing it like I would a new bike. I'll likely start bidding - after forum approval - in a couple days, unless a better deal shows in that time. I've got my LBS working on some parts, and I might need some direction there, since they mostly deal in mountain gear. Later.

It sounds like it should fit you fine; my inseam is a tad under 32 on a good day, and my bike fits wonderfully. I actually emailed the guy about the wear, and the photos he sent back didn't show anything objectionable. I'd be tempted to bid on it myself, but I hope I'll show a little restraint this time.
