|yes my question is can you put a rear rack on a Poprad...no braze-ons for rack but the dropouts seem to have holes...for what purpose? and are they threaded?? Anyone??|

|The holes on the drop outs are for fenders.
You can put a rack on if you want. You can get mounting brackets that clamp around your seat stays and attach to the rack (then use your holes on the drop outs).
I have a Poprad and thought about putting on a rack, but decided the hassle of taking it off to race isn't worth it.

|I've used them to mount fenders, but they'd work fine for a rack too, just use p-clamps to attach it to the seatstays.
