has anyone had trouble with empella bonfire paint finish? I got my frame and found some discoloration,,, ive contacted cyclocrossworld, is this common? also what BB would everyone advise,, Im thinkin race face,, but ive heard some BB are better than others with rain mud etc,, any ideas? I also have to get a new seatpost because my other one doesnt fit,,Thompson or Easton other manufacturs??

BB - Raceface is only square taper or ISIS. If you want a Shimano crank then forget about Raceface (unless you have a square taper crank). If you choose a Raceface ISIS BB then TruVativ, FSA, RaceFace and other ISIS compatible cranks will work. I simply use an XT crank (splined) and XT BB and it has held up great. They are pretty affordable too!

Post - Hard to beat Thompson posts. Not the lightest but very strong. I like them because of the easy adjustment for the seat angle...
