FORK FLEX•••HELP!!...JOMAS

I've got a Specialized CX cyclocross bike, under moderatly heavy braking the fork will start to flex and i'll get a kind of pogo effect. The other day this sent me into a fence!

has anyone else had this experience? is this characteristic of the fork for this bike? i'd hate to have to get a new fork since the bike is brand new!

any help would be appreciated

I've heard of this before, I think it's actually the Avid Canti overpowering the front end. I don't think that Aluminum Steer tube is going to flex too much. I have 2000 SWorks CX and the front brake will give it a chatter under heavy braking load. I haven't had the pogo and I'm 230.
