Anyone ever used on e of these? I installed it a few minutes ago and I yet to ride it...perhaps tomorrow morning.

I love it! It shifts as well as...maybe even better than...XTR. It will probably need more maintainance, and check that the screws are tight on the thing every now and then, but it is so worth it. Taking it apart to retune everything is much cheaper than having to buy a whole new derailleur outright everytime like you would with Shimano. I've held it side-by-side to an XTR and the weight difference feels considerably more than what the claimed weights for each would indicate.

I've had a blue one on my Bianchi for the latter half of this year. As you've found, they work great. Error free with D/A STI.
